Joe was contacted at 1:30 on a Monday afternoon about completing a job for us. I sent him the information. Within an hour he sent an estimate. It worked out that he was in our area the next day. Our job was completed with 20 hours of our estimate! Joe arrived promptly at 8 am the next morning and the concrete was completed by 4:15.
